Can
I get married or renew my vows at the resort?
Yes!
There are many resort chains that offer free weddings and
vow renewals! Each island and resort chain has its
own requirements. We are fully trained on those
requirements and will walk you through the process
step-by-step. We actually have agents that have
participated in their clients weddings so we definitely
have first hand knowledge!

What
documentation do I need to go on my trip?
United
States citizens need a valid passport.
Non-US citizens must check with a consulate
or tourist board for requirements. The airline will
not board passengers without the proper documentation and
no refunds will be given. It is fully the
responsibility of the clients to see that they carry
proper documentation.

When
is payment due on my trip?
We cannot
guarantee any rate until you actually have your trip
booked with us. Once it is booked, you need to make
sure the deposit is received in our office within 5
days. We will accept a credit/debit card,
personal check, money order, or cashier's check. You
will have to fill out a purchase form to send in with your
payment. The remainder will be due 45 days before
you leave. There are no exceptions to the due dates.

What
happens once I have made my deposit?
Once you
have made your deposit, we will email you a confirmation
letter that has exactly what you have purchased, your
flight times, and due dates.

Do
I need optional travel insurance?
No one ever
expects anything to go wrong, but unfortunately, it
happens sometimes. We will be happy to go over
exactly what it will cover with you so that you can make
an informed decision for yourselves. We personally
recommend it to be on the safe side.

When
will I receive my documents?
Once your
trip has been paid in full, your documents (airline
tickets and hotel vouchers) will be sent to our office 2-3
weeks before you travel. We will go over the
documents to make sure everything is correct on
them. We will then send them out by whatever method
you have chosen on the purchase form. There is no
charge for US mail service. There is an extra charge
for UPS, FedEx, etc. We highly recommend that you
use a method where the documents have to be signed
for. That will guarantee that they will arrive
within a certain amount of time and they can be tracked if
they need to be.
